Circle of Life The day was so joyous, as proud as I can be, Holding her tightly, my newborn baby. She was so very perfect 10 fingers and 10 toes, I stared at her with the love only a mother can know. I watched her grow day after day taller and stronger, Learning new things ..so very smart, a baby no longer. She learned to walk and then to run jumping and dancing having so much fun. Her heart full of love, her eyes full of wonder, Growing up so fast my little girl no longer. She met a young man..who she fancied alot, he asked for her hand He looked on her with love that I surely understand. She was all grown up, a young woman a wife. So very loved growing a brand new life. I held her hand said I love you more than you know I love you too mom she said with a glow. Nine months later a baby was born. She looked at me with tears in her eyes, Oh mom I love her so much I never realized. My daughter and my grandaughter and my circle of life. Aryia | |
